We have a no-refund policy in place to ensure the hygiene and integrity of our products. Due to the nature of our items, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. However, if your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@ohemaacosmetics.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to resolve any concerns you may have, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
